28-year-old refuses to donate $30k of her late father's inheritance to pay for her older sister's wedding, then the spoiled sister threatens to uninvite her: ‘I was the one who moved back home to take care of him’

One sister's sacrifice is the Golden Child's golden ticket to an over-budget wedding. After years of caring for her (now late) father, this 28-year-old had seen the full spectrum of human existence. Balancing school, work, and being a full-time caretaker to her sick father was extremely hard, but she was grateful for the time they spent together, growing closer and building a stronger relationship.

Father dearest was explicit in his will, and he wanted his youngest—his loyal caretaker—to have everything.

However, her older sister, who only ever bothered to visit twice in the last year of her father's life, expected their dad to be 100% fair in his will, splitting everything neatly down the middle, even though their relationships were vastly different. When the youngest got all of the money in the inheritance, the older sister's feathers were ruffled, and she looked for a way to get hers… Which came conveniently in the form of a wedding date, an exorbitant over-budget mood board, and a whole onslaught of family guilt.
